⚠️ Important Delivery Notices
Some delivery options may be unavailable for certain areas or specific product types.
For example, large format tiles weighing less than 25kg may still be unsuitable for certain shipping methods due to size or fragility.
Sample Orders

Only one (1) free sample per product per customer/household is allowed.

Attempts to bypass this policy by using multiple names or addresses (e.g. friends or neighbours) will result in those orders being cancelled and refunded.

Additional delivery charges may apply if other products are ordered alongside samples.

Free sample delivery is limited to a total weight of 2kg in some areas. Orders exceeding this may incur additional charges.
Orders Up to 25kg

Orders up to 25kg are securely packed and shipped via courier.

A delivery date must be selected at checkout.

Standard delivery practices apply (see below for timeframes).
Orders Over 25kg / Large Format Tiles

Orders over 25kg may be:

Packed into multiple boxes, or
-
Placed on a pallet, shrink-wrapped, and delivered using a pallet truck, depending on product size and quantity.

Please make suitable arrangements in advance for placement and storage upon delivery.

A delivery date must be selected at checkout. (Excludes sample orders)

Note: Delivery days are Monday–Friday only. Weekends are not included.
Order Cut-Off Times

Orders must be placed before 1 PM to qualify for same-day processing.

Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Surcharge for Certain Postcodes
Some postcodes may be subject to an additional delivery charge. You will be notified at checkout if this applies to your location.
