Returns & Refunds – Celestial Meadow
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery regarding your intent to return the goods.
Once notified, you will have a further 14 calendar days to return your order.
Note: This policy applies only to stock items. Specially ordered items are non-returnable under any circumstances.
How to Request a Return

Please complete our official returns form to begin the process.

All goods must be returned to our main distribution warehouse – do not send returns to our head office.

Upon receiving your return request, we will contact you to arrange the return or collection. All return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

You may be asked to arrange return shipping yourself if it is determined to be the most cost-effective option.

Returns are only accepted for complete boxes of tiles that are in saleable condition.

Any original delivery charges will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will prioritize processing your refund. Please allow up to 14 days for administration. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 working days for the funds to appear on your statement.
